Chopped leeks

Ingredients
700 g leek
300 g potatoes
roasted peppers 2
3 sprigs of dill
1 tsp thyme
salt
2 eggs
breadcrumbs
# For the sauce:
2 pickles
2 skilkidki garlic
3 sprigs parsley
5 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp yogurt
salt
pepper
Method
Peel the potatoes, cut and cook. Then smash while still warm. Cut the leek into rings and stew with a little water. Remove and drain well, then mixed with mash the potatoes. They add chopped peppers and dill, thyme and salt. Add one egg and kneaded well. Prepared potato mixture is allowed to cool completely, about to set. Then form meatballs and rolled alternately in beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in heated oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. The sauce is prepared as cucumbers and parsley finely, garlic beat mechanically mixed with the other ingredients for the sauce and ground. Meatballs are arranged in a plateau, topped with sauce and serve.
