Coban - stew of fresh vegetables

Ingredients
2 bunches green onions
2 stalks green garlic
5 carrots
1/2 cup green peas
1 cup green beans
1 kg small baby potatoes
5 tomatoes
2 tbsp sunflower oil + 100 g butter
200 g feta cheese
4-5 slices of hard bread
# TOPPING:
1 and 1/2 cup yogurt
2 eggs
salt, paprika, parsley
Method
Onions, garlic and carrots, chopped sauté in 2 tbsp sunflower oil. Add peas and green beans with 3-4 tbsp water. Soften Remove from heat and mix with the feta cheese. Ring stew thoroughly smeared with butter. The bottom line up slices of bread, spread them on steamed vegetables. Lining tightly circles tomatoes sprinkled with salt and pepper. Top lining purpose small baby potatoes. Watered with remaining butter. Quickly replace the lid and bake 35-40 minutes. Remove and pour the topping, sprinkle parsley abundant. Again bake. Serve with tarator.
