1/2 cup sugar
1 cup unsalted pork lard
1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 ammonia soda
1 tsp baking soda
flour
yolk spreads
sugar for sprinkling
Method
All products are kneaded with flour as necessary medium stiff dough. Cookie form optional - can and shapes, can and marbles. Spread with whipped egg yolk and sprinkle with granulated sugar and bake in a moderate oven.
