Ingredients
          2 cups cornmeal
          2 cup boiling water
          1 cup yogurt (250 ml)
          1 tsp baking soda
          1 cup sugar
          3 large or 4 small eggs
          2 tbsp sunflower oil
          4-5 cloves crushed seedlings pre
          200-300 g jam of your choice

          Method
              The cornmeal pour boiling water, stir well until a mess and leave to cool. Eggs, mix with sugar, baking soda dissolved in yogurt, the oil, cloves are added to the eggs. Sweet mixed with cold polenta. Beat well the egg mixture is added to polenta. Stir until a homogeneous mixture. Pour into pre-oiled pan, bake in a moderate oven to 160C degrees until ready. Once cool sprinkle with sugar cigar.
