Cottage cheese, apple pie

# For the dough:
5 tbsp flour
5 tbsp sugar
125 g butter
1 tbsp cocoa
# For the filling:
250 g ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
100 g cream
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
3-4 apples
flavors - vanilla, and 2 1 tsp cinnamon or another of your choice

On products without chocolate is kneaded wheat flour, which rest in refrigerator 30 minutes. Mix the feta cheese, sour cream, beaten eggs with sugar, grated apples and spices. The dough is separated 1/3, and the other is added to cocoa. Spread in a round baking tin, covered with paper and pressed with hands, and raised the walls. Pour the filling on top and distributes the remaining 1/3 dough in the form of crumbs. Bake 40-45 minutes at 180 C. Finish top optional sprinkle with powdered sugar and grated chocolate.

It looks very tasty

It is not only tasty but also very easy to prepare. The dough becomes quite brittle, but this does not bother you.
