Crackers with minced meat

Ingredients
200 g lard
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
20 g yeast
3 tbsp milk
400 g flour
1 egg for egg wash
# For the filling:
300 g minced meat
1 onion
pepper
paprika
parsley
Method
Make a poultice with yeast, 1 tbsp flour and milk and let it rise. Eggs are broken with the lard, salt and effervescent yeast. Pour the flour and knead a soft dough. For the filling stew finely chopped onion in a little sunflower oil. Add minced meat, crushed with a little water and fry until the water has evaporated. Pour a seasoning and leave to cool. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out circles using a cup. In the middle of each place 1 tsp of filling. Folded in two and ends pinched and smear over with beaten egg. Bake in greased pan at 180 C until golden.
