Ingredients
200 g of boiled crawfish meat or canned crab 1
2 onions
250 g tomatoes
1 cup (200 ml) white wine
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Finely chopped onion fry in the oil, add the peeled and chopped tomatoes and fry. The mixture add salt, add spices and wine and boil for a while. Add lobster meat, cut into pieces and stew until the dish thickens.
