Cream with cherries flambe

Ingredients
250 g cherries
2 cup milk
3 tbsp flour
3 eggs
1/3 cup Rice
100 g sugar
25 g butter
2 tbsp rum
50 g of powdered sugar
1 vanilla

Method
Cold milk mix well with previously beaten yolks, flour and sugar. The resulting mixture is heated until it boils and thickens slightly, then it is put cooked and drained rice, stir in the butter and vanilla. Reconstituted cream cool slightly and added to it two-thirds of cleaned stones of cherries. Pour into bowls refractory or other suitable containers and on it the other cleaned cherries. Egg whites are broken down into snow with powdered sugar and spray onto part of the cherries. This reconstituted dessert bake for a short time in an oven at a temperature not higher than 120 C. Immediately prior to fetching the cream watered with warmed rum ignites.

Cream became magnificent! Prepared it in Jena pan and serving is porazlya (had to do it in bowls). This, however, we do not want to eat it quickly :) Very tasty!
