Ingredients
          200 g peaches
          1 cup sugar
          the juice of 1 lemon
          200 g cream
          1 cup roasted almonds
              Method
              Washed and peeled peaches cut into pieces. Beat with a mixer, adding sugar and lemon juice. Separately, mix the cream with less sugar and gently added to the mixture of peaches. Pour the cream into high stemware. Garnish with roasted almonds. Serve well chilled.
