Cream with semolina and lemons

Ingredients
300 g sugar
1 liter of water
150 g semolina
1 lemon
3 egg whites
Method
Sugar and 400 g of water Boil syrup. Semolina is stirred with 600 g of water and poured into the boiling syrup. After being caught and taken away from the fire, add the juice and grated peel of lemon and egg whites broken down into snow with 3 tablespoons sugar. Mix everything very well and spills in the cup. Once cool, served in inverted saucers. Can pour the syrup.
