Cream soup with zucchini and leeks

Ingredients
4 zucchini
4 leeks
2 potatoes
100 g cream for cooking
150 g cheese
parsley
salt

Method
Courgettes, leeks and potatoes cut into cubes and Boil until soft. After cooking Strain and gradually add the cream, and then the cheese. Season with parsley and salt. Optional can be added and croutons.
