Croquettes stuffed with minced meat

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
100 g flour
5 eggs
100 g breadcrumbs
100 g feta cheese or cheese
1/2 bunch parsley
1 onion
250 g minced meat
pepper salt
sunflower oil for frying
2 green salads
500 g yogurt
Method
Stews the onions, add the minced meat, pepper. 2 egg white is broken down into a bowl for rolling. Cook potatoes in salted water to peel while hot and Strain. Add half of the flour and breadcrumbs, 3 whole eggs and 2 egg yolks, grated feta cheese, parsley, pepper, salt. Kneads dough, which is spread on a greased table layer about 1 cm thick and cut with a knife on an oily squares. In the middle of each square put a little of the stuffing. Carefully formed meatballs which are dipped in beaten whites, and then in the remaining flour and breadcrumbs (mixed in a bowl) and fried until golden. Once cool croquettes lining plateau on a bed of lettuce cut into in small pieces and yogurt. The filling can vary in taste.
