Curry turkey with almonds

Ingredients
500 g of turkey meat without skin and bones
50 g butter
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp curry powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
3 tomatoes
1 cup (200 ml) chicken broth
juice of 1/2 lemon
3 tbsp chopped peeled almonds in large pieces
fresh coriander or parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Cut the meat into strips 1 cm thick, which are fried in a part of the butter, until receiving a golden crust. Then removed and drained. In the remaining butter fry diced onions, add chopped garlic, curry powder, cumin, salt and pepper to taste. The mixture is heated for 2-3 minutes, then add the peeled, chopped tomatoes, pour the broth and boil it 5-7 minutes on low heat uncovered. In the resulting sauce is placed fried meat, add lemon juice, chopped coriander (parsley) and almonds. Serve stew for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped coriander.
