Dolmas spinach and cheese

Ingredients
30 large spinach leaves
300 g feta cheese
1 onion
1 tomato
50 g butter
3 eggs
1/2 bunch of dill
50 ml sunflower oil
pepper
salt
Method
The cleaned spinach, infused in boiling, salted water. Leaves drip. Onions and tomatoes finely and sauté until soft in the butter. Add the grated feta cheese, beaten eggs, chopped dill, pepper and salt. The filling is evenly distributed on the leaves. Envy is small oblong dolmaschki. Arrange in a baking dish, pour in the oil and 2 tbsp water. Fsunflower covered with oil. Bake in a moderate oven.
