Doner Chicken

Ingredients
500-600 g chicken
# For the marinade:
1 tsp cinnamon and ground cloves
by 1/2 tsp ground cardamom and ground nutmeg
1-2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sunflower oil
# For the sauce:
juice of 1/2 lemon
300 g yogurt
100 g mayonnaise
1 clove garlic
Method
Chicken (breast and leg) is cut into equal pieces about 4 -5 cm. Cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, cardamom and garlic mixed with this mixture, sprinkle the meat. Mix well and add 1 tbsp sunflower oil and 1 tbsp vinegar. Allow to cool for 4-5 hours or at least 30 minutes. The meat is cooked on a grill or in the oven until browned on one side, turn the pieces and dopicha. Mix the yogurt with the mayonnaise, lemon juice and crushed garlic clove. The cooked meat is cut into small pieces, is distributed in portions, pour the sauce and garnish with fried potatoes and pickles.
