Eggs Burj (Bhurdji)

Ingredients
6 eggs
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 onion
2 chillies optional
1 tomato
1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp cayenne pepper, salt
1/2 tsp dzhinzhifilova paste
link coriander
3 tsp sunflower oil

Method
Beat the eggs with salt and cayenne pepper. Heat a pan with the oil, add hot peppers, chopped, dzhinzhifilovata pasta (cook it as slicing or grating ginger in small pieces and add a little water to become as slurries or buying it ready), finely chopped onion and fry until golden. Then add chopped tomatoes and fry until the water boil off and have a thick tomato sauce. Then add the peas and eggs. Finally sprinkle with garam masala and coriander leaves.
