Eggs with mustard sauce

Ingredients
8 hard boiled eggs
8 slices bacon
2 green onions
30 g butter
250 ml broth
50 ml cooking cream
1 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp flour
salt
pepper
Method
Chop of crescents and fry in butter until ready and subtract. If need be, put a little butter and add flour. After two minutes, pour broth and allow to cook for about ten minutes. Add cream, mustard and onions. Everything is allowed to boil and remove from heat. Eggs are wrapped with strips of bacon which is fastened with a toothpick. Fry briefly in a little butter and served with sauce overwhelmed.
