English vanilla cream

Ingredients
1 liter of fresh milk
200 g sugar
pinch of salt
vanilla
8 yolks
2 eggs
Method
Milk is boiled. As a boil add sugar, salt and vanilla. Cover the pot, not cool. In a deep bowl whisk the eggs and pour them on once milk. Strain through cheesecloth in a bowl greased with butter, which is placed in another larger container with water and bake in a water bath. Remove and leave until cool water of the second vessel. Attention is in a beautiful dish. In order not to crack the cream must be cooled down.
