Ingredients
          6 roasted and peeled red peppers
          2 fresh cucumbers
          1 tin of sweetcorn (495 g)
          250 g mayonnaise
          dill
          pepper, salt
              Method
              Peppers and cucumbers cut into small cubes and mix with the drained corn and mayonnaise. Add dill and salt. Stir and leave in the fridge to stay for a few hours.
