Festive chocolate sponge cake

Ingredients
300 g butter
300 g of powdered sugar
300 g flour
200 g chocolate
7 eggs
200 g ground walnuts
almonds for sprinkling
little milk
Method
The butter stir sugar, which is separated 1 tbsp of icing. Add egg yolks, one by one. Put them screened twice flour, half grated chocolate the walnuts and finally beaten egg whites. Stir very gently. Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured cake form. Sprinkle with peeled almonds. Bake in a moderate oven. Baked and cooled cake pour glaze made from heated steam remaining chocolate, to which is added a lump of butter, tablespoon of sugar and a little milk - to get a thick porridge.
