Fillet Sandwich Lord

Ingredients
800 beef fillet
4 thin slices of pork fat
fat for frying
salt
mixed pickle
mustard
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp caster sugar
Method
Cut the meat into 8 steaks, they are crushed slightly, add salt and fry with salo in very hot fat. Remove steak on it put salo reddened and covered with a second steak. Thus preparing all meat. Pour a little of the fat, which is fried. Finely chopped 4 pickles, 4 carrots, cauliflower florets 4-6 and mix with the marinade, prepared mustard, vegetable oil and powdered sugar, then add to the fried fillet. From the rest of the frying oil is made sauce of your choice, which is served in a sauce-boat.
