dry white wine
soy sauce
mustard
fish seasoning
grated cheese
pepper

Method
Smear is fish fillet fish spice and fennel. Allow to stand in the cold for 1 hour. Smeared with mustard and place on a baking tray. In tray Pour a little soy sauce, wine, a little mustard. Sirloin sprinkled with grated cheese and add thinly sliced pieces of butter. Bake in moderate oven 20-25 minutes.
