Fish kebab with mushrooms

Ingredients
1 kg of fish
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
50 g butter
7-9 heads (500 g) onion
2 tbsp (30 g) tomato paste
1/2 cup (200 g) mushrooms
4-5 tbsp (50 ml) wine
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
1/2 lemon

salt
pepper
Method
Fish is cleaned head and entrails and wash. Clean then the skin and bones and cut into cubes (5-6 per portion). Add salt, add some flour and fry lightly in a hot vegetable oil. In the same fat stew until soft chopped onion. Add red pepper and tomato paste. Stir and pour a little water or fish broth. Add sliced ​​julienne mushrooms, add salt and sauté on low heat.
