Fish with olives and potatoes

Ingredients
500 g large fish
4-5 potatoes
5-6 cloves garlic
4 tbsp sunflower oil
4-5 tomatoes or tomato juice
50 g olives pitted
salt
parsley

Method
In court ranks cut into large slices of fish and diced potatoes. Put them cloves garlic, sprinkled with sunflower oil, grated tomatoes and stew for about 20 minutes. Add olives and stew for another 10 minutes. Serve with chopped parsley.
