Fish soup in a monastery

Ingredients
300 g fry
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
1 bunch fresh onions
5 (250 g) red tomatoes
5 (250 g) peppers
5 (250 g ) potatoes
20 olives
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Clean and wash the fish is cut into pieces, pour 6-7 cups cold water, add salt and boiled for 10-15 minutes, then removed with a latticed spoon. Broth strain and it added vegetable oil and chopped onions, potatoes, peppers and tomatoes. When the vegetables are soft, add scalded and cleansed from stones olives and fish. The soup was boiled for 10 minutes, without stirring, in order not to break up the fish. Serve cold, sprinkled with finely chopped parsley and pepper.
