Fluffy sponge cake with dried fruits

5-6 eggs
1 cup sugar
15 tbsp flour
1/2 cup sunflower oil
8 tbsp fresh milk
1 vanilla
handful of lemon zest or vanilla
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
pinch of salt
150 g dried fruit

Mix products by adding them one after another as follows in the order of : eggs, sugar, sunflower oil (gradually), milk, vanilla, salt, sifted flour with baking powder, lemon peel, chopped fruit. Greased good form which will bake the cake, then sprinkle with flour. Pour the finished mixture obtained. Put the cake to bake in a preheated oven at lower coils of 180 C. When the cake rise and cracked immediately turn and upper coils - bake in upper and lower after bursting him. Finished baked cake to cool, then sprinkle optional from top with powdered sugar. Baking time is about 40-50 minutes. Will know that is baked when you pierce with a toothpick and it remains dry. It is important not to open the oven during baking - cake is likely to fall and do not swell.

Today I made the cake. Really become fluffy and delicious. Thanks for the recipe!

I made the cake with some changes, but get wonderful :) So, I had some dried exotic fruits that bed rest in the refrigerator. When searching for recipes and read other ideas and took here and there, but still get a great cake on this recipe. I added a little cinnamon (for more *winter* flavor), lemon and orange peel + few drops Butter vanilla (have incredible flavor), walnuts and bademi- cut. I put in a cold oven and let just below 180 degrees and getting up, and let the top wire. On receiving wonderfully fluffy, fragrant and delicious :)
