Fried apples

Ingredients
500 g of apples
1 tbsp margarine
2-3 tbsp sugar
cinnamon for sprinkling

Method
Apples are peeled and grated. Margarine becomes heated in a frying pan and fried apple 2-3 minutes, stirring. Add sugar and fry for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat and spice with cinnamon. Serve cold in glasses.
