Fried marinated fillet of salted fish

Ingredients
4 fillets of salt herring, mackerel or another (about 800 g)
1/2 cup diluted with water, vinegar
1/3 cup white wine
2-3 onions
1/2 tbsp mustard
1/2 bay leaf
1-2 Allspice
salt
paprika
flour
5-6 tbsp vegetable oil
pinch of sugar

Method
Fillets soak 30 minutes in cold water, and then another 30 minutes in a marinade of vinegar, wine and mustard. Drained, rolled in flour and fry in hot fat. In the same oil after removal of the fish fry until browned chopped onions, sprinkle with paprika and flour and pour the marinade. The sauce is seasoned with bay leaf, allspice, sugar and salt, boil a few minutes and remove from heat. Fried fillets are placed on mashed potatoes. Serve the sauce separately.
