Fried peppers with breadcrumbs and cheese

Ingredients
8 long fleshy peppers
frying oil
120 g butter
lemon juice
8 tbsp breadcrumbs
4 tbsp grated cheese
salt
Method
Peppers are washed and blanched in one minute boiling salted water (or bake). Peel, cleaned of seeds and fry in hot fat. Remove to a plate and scatter with a little salt and a few drops of lemon juice. the butter is in it warms and fry breadcrumbs, which pour over peppers. Sprinkle cheese on top.

I tried with fried peppers, and also oil with breadcrumbs and add milk-garlic sauce, you get magic. Thank you, I like the recipe.
