Ingredients
3 cups shrimp
1 cup sunflower oil
3 tbsp chopped walnuts
2 egg whites
yolk 1
2 tbsp potato starch
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp cream
black pepper, salt
Method
Shrimp Boil in salted water for 5-6 minutes and clean. The sauce is prepared by mixing parsley, the walnuts, yolk, crushed clove of garlic, salt, pepper and cream. For breaded egg whites to add a little water and froth. Add half starch and again crashed. Shrimp Oval in the rest of the starch and then are immersed in the egg white mixture. Fry in the oil over high heat. Can pour the sauce, and may be presented separately.
