Fried spaghetti Asian

Ingredients
250 g noodles (Chinese noodles with eggs)
2 tsp dark sesame sunflower oil
400 g chicken breast
1 bunch spring onions
2 small red peppers
200 g small field mushrooms
1 piece ginger (the hazelnut)
1 clove garlic
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tbsp light soy sauce
salt, pepper

Method
Boil the pasta and mix with sesame sunflower oil. The meat is washed with cold water, drain and cut into strips. Onions cut into thin slices and cleaned peppers into strips. Mushrooms clean and halve. Ginger and onions are peeled and cut into small pieces. In a pan becomes heated the oil. Fry the meat on both sides for 2-3 minutes and remove. In the same pan fry the chives, ginger and garlic. Add the peppers and mushrooms and fry 3 minutes, stirring. Add the spaghetti and everything fry another 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Add the meat.
