Method
To the flour and granulated sugar is added gradually in a thin stream of cold milk until a smooth slurry. The resulting mixture is placed on the stove and stir to thicken. Immediately after removal from the fire, the resulting white cream flavored with vanilla. 2/3 strawberry ground or finely chopped and then mixed with half of the white cream.Reconstituted strawberry cream pouring in glass cups or glasses. Portions are more beautiful if the inside of the vessel brushed with melted gelatin in water and it stick thin slices of strawberries. Half of wrecked with powdered sugar cream mixed with the rest of the white cream and placed on strawberry cream in each bowl or cup. Top dessert garnished with strawberry pieces of sweet figs and roses of the remaining whipped cream. I used the apricots compote, because I had strawberries. Can be made with other fruits.
