Ingredients
          4 tbsp fruit starch
          500 ml milk
          50 g sugar
          1 sponge base
          2 tbsp rum (cognac)
          4 tbsp jam strawberries or raspberries
          200 g sliced fruit (banana and pineapple from compote)
          200 ml whipped cream
              Method
              Dissolving starch with 250 ml milk. In a saucepan Preheat the remaining milk. To it add the dissolved starch and let it boil for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
