Ingredients
          3/4 cup wholemeal
          3/4 cup universal flour
          1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
          1/2 cup feta cheese
          1/4 cup sunflower oil
          1/4 cup yogurt
          1 and 1/2 tsp sugar
          1 egg
          1 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
          2 cup chopped leek
          400 g cleaned mushrooms
          1 egg
          1/3 cup sour cream
          salt
          freshly ground black pepper
          1/4 cup fresh parsley
              Method
              In a large bowl mix wholemeal, universal flour, baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt. The feta cheese is made of mashed in the home robot or a blender. Allow the mixture to cool. In a separate bowl, break the egg, sour cream, parsley, pepper and salt. They add mushroom mixture and stir until well mixed.   Preheat oven to 200 ° C in advance. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a circle with a half inch thick. Carefully take it with a rolling pin and transfer it on a baking tray. Place the filling on the dough leaving the board 5 cm on all sides. Shrink-wrapped it inside on the filling and cover with egg bath. Crumbs bake 25 to 35 minutes or until the dough is golden.
