Ingredients
          600 g potatoes
          2 cloves garlic
          500 ml milk
          salt
          2 yolks

          Method
              Boil and peel the potatoes. Once the potatoes are cooked, blend them, adding the garlic cloves and salt them. Add warm milk and blend until smooth mixture. Add the egg yolks and mix them with the puree. Blend slightly. Puree garnish ideal for red meats.
