Gourmet salad

500 g potatoes
2 green apples (slightly sour)
3 tomatoes
1 small green pepper
40 ml wine Muscat
80 g olives stuffed with peppers
50 g feta cheese Emmental
2-3 green salads
10 g mustard
20 ml apple cider vinegar
salt, white pepper
50 ml olive oil
50 g ham
1 bunch green onions
1 head red onion
Cook potatoes in salted water. Then drain, peel and cut into thin slices. Place in a bowl and add the white wine. Apples are peeled, cleaned and cut into small cubes. Tomatoes are peeled, cleaned of seeds and cut into quarters. Pepper and stuffed olives are sliced. The feta cheese cut into small cubes. Mature and green onions finely. Ham cut into thin strips. To the potatoes are added sequentially apples, tomatoes, peppers, olives and the feta cheese. Dressing: mustard mixed with vinegar, add salt and white pepper.
