Greek pockets

Ingredients
500 g puff pastry
# For the filling:
2 tomatoes, cut
100 g feta cheese, crumbled
40 g pitted olives
100 g of cooked rice
4 tbsp drained yogurt
parsley, mint dill
salt and pepper
1 egg
1 tbsp fresh milk
sesame seeds for sprinkling
Method
Products for stuffing mix. The dough is cut into squares and put them on the stuffing. The edges are coated with crushed egg white folding triangle and pressed. Arrange in a baking dish and cover them with a broken yolk in milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 200 ° C about 20-25 minutes.

I love puff pastry products. But I became *wet* stuffing and sklisva dough. Give advice on what to do.

Desi does not have to bake a very high temperature, because outside and fired inside remains raw. I puff dough bake it at 160 * -180 *. The higher the dry filling better.
