Ingredients
2.5 kg eggplant
2 kg peppers - red and green
5 apples
1 cup sunflower oil
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
salt
3 cloves garlic
Method
Boil the whole eggplant, then peel and cut into pieces. The peppers are baked, peel and cut into pieces. Peel apples, cut into pieces and fry in the oil. Then mix all of the products are filled into jars and sterilized for the cap.
