Gulab with cinnamon

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup sunflower oil
2-3 tbsp melted pork lard
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
lemon 1
2 vanilla
flour for soft dough
# For sprinkling:
sugar
brown sugar
cinnamon

Method
Beat 2 eggs with sugar. Add consecutively the oil and the lard, stirring continued, yoghurt with dissolved into it soda, cinnamon, lemon zest, 1 tsp of lemon juice and vanilla. Mix everything nice and start adding flour until soft dough mixtures. The dough tear small balls and place on a tray littered with baking paper by gently pressed top. Coated with beaten egg and sprinkle with a little granulated sugar, a little brown sugar and a little cinnamon. Bake in preheated moderate oven. Maybe everyone is doing cookies, but these I put cinnamon on top and sprinkle again with a little brown sugar, cinnamon and crystal. I read somewhere on the net for cinnamon cookies as an idea, but I thought it would not be appropriate. But now when the sample was fascinated. Received a very pleasant taste and nice smelling of cinnamon and lemon cookies.

cookies look great! :) But I want to ask you, if instead svinka mass, can I use oil? :)

Betty21, and oil will become, but with fat cookies remain crisp and mekichki.
