Hen stuffed with cabbage and bulgur

Ingredients
1 (1,5 kg) chicken
giblets from chicken
1 kg cabbage
1 cup (200 g) bulgur
1/2 cup (100 ml) fat
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
mint
salt
Method
Chicken is cleaned, washed and salt it. In some of the fat stew cabbage, chopped, then add the bulgur and giblets. The mixture is stirred with paprika and chopped mint, pour a little hot water and boil for 10 minutes. This mixture is filled chicken. The opening is stitched with thread and put the chicken in a baking dish in which poured the rest of the oil and a little water. Bake until ready.
