Ingredients
kozunak dough, for example, the recipe for Kozunak
500 g sugar
500 ml water
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Kozunak risen disc of dough is rolled crust thickness 1.5 cm. With a glass cut rounds that are pierced in the middle finger and placed in a highly heated sunflower oil and fry on both sides. Once fried are immersed in lukewarm syrup prepared from water and sugar.
