Ice cream in a bowl, which is nibbling

# tseluvchenoto For dough:
4 egg whites
pinch of salt
150 g granulated sugar
110 g of powdered sugar
1 tbsp starch
1/2 tsp lemon juice
# For the filling:
200 g cream
2 vanilla
4 balls vanilla ice cream
4 balls sorbet
250 g seasonal fruits
# For sprinkling:
powdered sugar
've covered the tray with baking paper and outline 3 identical circle with diameter 17 cm. Beat the egg whites with the salt of the snow, slowly rasim sugar. Sift powdered sugar with starch and also add them to Russell. Pouring lemon juice and mix. Fill the dough in egg white injection with a wide tip. Spraying on the outline of the circles as one fill (it will serve as a basis), while the other two leave as rings.
