In Israeli Lasagna

Ingredients
250 g ready lasagna sheets
# For the filling:
200-300 g of tomato paste
2 red onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
100 g mushrooms
1 Kamba red pepper or other vegetables of your choice
1 cup lager
200-300 g cheese
oregano and spices of your choice
# For white sauce:
100 g butter
200 ml milk - cold
1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup beer
3 tbsp flour, pepper and salt

Method
Stew onion and garlic in olive oil alone (or sunflower oil) for about 2-3 minutes, add the chopped Kamba (also stew 1-2 minutes). Add mushrooms, tomato paste and salt, sugar, spices, glass lager. Stir until the boil and allowed to cool slightly after that. For the white sauce was melted the butter, then add flour, milk, beer, salt and pepper, stir constantly until boil off beer and obtain the average dense texture. In a buttered tray placed sloi sheets for lasagna, pour the white sauce, put the stuffing layer and layer of grated cheese and so each layer. Optional top is sprinkled with many grated cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 200 ° C about 25 minutes.

When I get a little too bitter, next time will try with less beer :) otherwise smells and looks great :)
