Jam green walnuts

Ingredients
1 kg green walnuts
1 kg of sugar
3 cups water
1 tsp citric acid
Method
Young nuts peel the white flesh and pour cold water. Neck in two waters, the water should be hot (boiling) for 10 minutes. In the second water left 20 hours in a cool. Of water and sugar syrup is made. Once boiled, put the nuts. Boil over high heat. Finally put citric acid and remove from fire. Store jar in a dark and cool.
