Jerusalem artichoke salad with yogurt

Ingredients
500 g yogurt
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp mustard
juice of 1/2 lemon
4-5 tubers
2 sour apples
parsley
2 scallions
salt
Method
Peel apples and yams are grated and mixed with other products. Serve immediately, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
