Ingredients
          600 g kidney (pork, beef)
          1 onion
          1 tbsp mustard
          2 tbsp brandy
          2 skidki garlic
          3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
          salt
          pepper
              Method
              Chopped chunks kidneys are allowed to stand for 1 hour in cold salted water. Drained. Stew in the oil chopped onion. Add mustard, crushed garlic, brandy, 1/2 cup water, salt and pepper. Stir and boil gently for 10 minutes. Add kidneys and boil for another 10-15 minutes.
