Kidney saute

Ingredients
2-3 kidneys
2-3 tbsp butter
1 head finely chopped onion
1 tbsp flour
1 cup white wine
parsley
Method
Kidneys cut into cubes and put to boil. Before it again to skim and add salt. In the butter fry the onions, add the cooked kidney fry are 5-6 minutes and sprinkle with flour, stir and pour the wine and a bit of broth kidneys. Seasoned with salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Allow to simmer on low heat until there is almost butter.

Fifth, sounds pretty appetizing. I would add a little mushrooms. To favorites went :) I liked the recipe.

:) May as I just do not put sweets mushrooms

Fifth, love them :) If you have a mushroom ... malelele ... only for me would be. Would nyakava recipe for pretzels with mushroom-hihihihi as you do not try to do :)
