Ingredients
600 g veal
2 onion
1 carrot
1 tbsp salt
4 cup water
300 g kritaraki (rice vermicelli)
5-6 grains cloves
1 tsp pepper
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
Method
Veal cut into medium sized pieces. Pour the water, the oil and boiled on low heat along with the chopped onion and carrot. Aroma put cloves. When the meat is ready pour kritaraki (rice vermicelli) with gentle stirring until cooked - about 15-17 minutes.
