Lamb leg with stuffing

Ingredients
boneless leg of lamb (about 500 g)
200 g mushrooms
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp lemon juice
8 tbsp sunflower oil
2 onions
100 g of minced meat raw sausage
2 yolks
250 ml bouillon cubes
salt
white pepper
Method
Grind garlic and mix with lemon juice and 2 tbsp sunflower oil. The meat is rubbed with this mixture, place in a plastic bag and leave at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. Onion cut into small pieces and fry in 4 tbsp sunflower oil and a little water, put it minced meat, chopped mushrooms and fry for about 5 minutes. The mixture is seasoned to taste and mix with beaten egg yolks. The meat is removed from the refrigerator and fill with the stuffing into the slit of the extracted bone bends and fix with toothpicks. Fry on all sides in 2 tbsp sunflower oil and pour the broth. Suffocating briefly (liquid becomes half), after which the meat is roasted in foil for about 90 minutes at 175 C. After being roasted in the meat is cut into portions and pour sauce (sauce firing thicken slightly starch and boil). Garnish with fresh salad.
