Lamb with peas

Ingredients
750 g lamb
1,2 kg canned peas
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
2-3 (150 g) tomatoes
2-3 heads (150 g) onion
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
parsley
salt
Method
The meat is cut into pieces and stew in fat and less water. Add chopped onion, red pepper, Cleaning peas, peeled and chopped tomatoes and some warm water. If using canned peas, he added after the meat is almost ready. The dish is left to simmer until ready. Then add the flour away with a little cold water, and salt to taste. After boil 10-12 minutes, remove the dish from the heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
